Why Me

As a dedicated water polo coach and former player, I’ve spent 10000+ hours in the water (played for 14 years), 2000 hours hands on coaching, and over 500 hours studying youth development, focusing on the physical, psychological, and behavioral aspects of young athletes. With certifications in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and Positive Youth Development in Sports, along with a BA in Sport Psychology, I tailor training to age-specific needs, fostering focus, confidence, and resilience. My goal is to develop well-rounded athletes who excel both in and out of the water.
