1.1 Egg Beater - FREE COURSE

This section is all about eggbeater, the base of everything in water polo. We’ll build a simple 10–15 minute routine you can use at every practice to keep your hips high, stay stable in the water, and prepare your legs for shooting, passing, and defense. 1.2 Band Exercises

Strengthen your shot, improve your endurance, and build explosive power with these water polo–specific resistance band workouts.

1.3a Passing & Receiving

Perfect your passing form by understanding the correct head, hip, leg, and arm alignment in the water.

1.4 Shooting Fundamentals - Opens Aug 25th

In this course, you will learn the fundamentals of a powerful and accurate water polo shot, starting from the correct passing position. You will learn how to elevate, use your arm and whole body for power, and finish the shot with a strong wrist snap.

1.5 Defensive Fundamentals

The #1 rule of water polo defense: keep your hips high. This course teaches you how to move forward, backward, and transition smoothly — fundamentals every player must master by age 14.

1.6 Release & Drive

In this course you’ll learn the two main ways to beat a high-press defender: release for the ball or drive to the goal.

1.7 Cut-Offs

Learn how to do a proper water Polo cut-off and draw more ejections in the game.

1.8 Swimming with the Ball

Develop speed, control, and efficiency while moving the ball through the water under pressure.

Detailed breakdown of the best defensive setups to stop your opponent’s man-up plays.
