Basic Technique of Pressure Passing (No Defender)

Learn how to stay strong on your right leg and create space from an oncoming player with one powerful breaststroke kick. As they attack, roll slightly onto your back, kick once, give a small push with your hand, then return to shooting position. Avoid two big mistakes: breaststroke kicking repeatedly and leaving your front hand out while moving back.
